1. Nature of services

The Signature Retreat Consulting Package is a professional consulting service offered by Wild Haven LLC. This package is educational and consultative in nature and is designed to support therapists and helping professionals in planning and designing retreat experiences.

This service is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment of any kind. Purchasing this package does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and Melissa Rosinski. If you are seeking mental health support, please contact a licensed mental health professional in your area.

2. Package expiration

All three consulting sessions included in this package must be scheduled and completed within 60 days of the date of purchase. Sessions not used within this 60-day window will be forfeited without refund or credit. It is your responsibility to schedule your sessions in a timely manner. Melissa Rosinski will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your scheduling needs within the 60-day period, but cannot guarantee availability if sessions are requested at the last minute.

3. Refund policy

Due to the nature of this package and the front-loaded deliverables included (intake questionnaire, location assessment report, and curated resource list), all sales are final. Refunds will not be issued after purchase.

However, if after your first consulting session you feel this package is not the right fit, the value of your remaining two sessions may be credited toward a future Wild Haven LLC offering at Melissa's discretion. This credit request must be made within 48 hours of your first session. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

4. Installment payments

If you choose to pay via an installment plan, you are agreeing to the full payment schedule at the time of purchase. All installments will be charged automatically. Failure to complete installment payments does not cancel your obligation to pay the full amount owed. Access to services may be paused if a payment fails or is disputed.

5. Rescheduling and cancellations

You may reschedule a session with at least 48 hours notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeited and counted as a completed session. Melissa Rosinski reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, and will provide as much notice as possible in those situations.

6. Intellectual property

All materials provided as part of this package — including but not limited to the retreat blueprint document, location assessment report, and curated resource list — are the intellectual property of Wild Haven LLC and are provided for your personal professional use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission.

7. Results disclaimer

Wild Haven LLC makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of your retreat planning process. Results depend on many factors outside of Melissa's control, including your follow-through, market conditions, and individual circumstances. Testimonials shared on this page reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results.

8. Confidentiality

Melissa Rosinski will keep the details of your consulting sessions confidential. In purchasing this package you agree that Wild Haven LLC may use anonymized, non-identifying feedback or general outcomes for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of liability

Wild Haven LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for this package. Wild Haven LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this consulting service or from the implementation of any advice provided.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in Pima County, Arizona.
