1. Nature of services

The Single Strategy Session is a professional consulting service offered by Wild Haven LLC. This service is educational and consultative in nature and is designed to support therapists and helping professionals in exploring and developing their professional offerings, practices, and ideas.

This service is not therapy, counseling, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment of any kind. Purchasing this session does not create a therapist-client relationship between you and Melissa Rosinski. If you are seeking mental health support, please contact a licensed mental health professional in your area.

2. Session format

Your Single Strategy Session is a 75-minute one-on-one consulting call conducted via video or phone. A pre-session intake form will be sent to you upon purchase to help focus your session and make the most of your time together.

3. Session expiration

Your session must be scheduled and completed within 30 days of the date of purchase. Sessions not scheduled within this window will be forfeited without refund or credit. It is your responsibility to schedule your session in a timely manner using the scheduling link provided after purchase.

4. Refund policy

All sales are final. Refunds will not be issued after purchase.

If you need to cancel your scheduled session entirely and cannot reschedule within the 30-day window, your session will be forfeited. Wild Haven LLC does not offer refunds for missed or forfeited sessions.

5. Rescheduling and cancellations

You may reschedule your session with at least 48 hours notice at no charge using the scheduling link provided. Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be forfeited and no refund will be issued. Melissa Rosinski reserves the right to reschedule sessions in the event of illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances and will provide as much notice as possible in those situations.

6. Intellectual property

Any materials, resources, or recommendations provided during or following your session are the intellectual property of Wild Haven LLC and are provided for your personal professional use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, or shared without written permission.

7. Results disclaimer

Wild Haven LLC makes no guarantees regarding the outcomes of your strategy session. Results depend on many factors outside of Melissa's control, including your individual circumstances and follow-through. Testimonials shared on this page reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee of similar results.

8. Confidentiality

Melissa Rosinski will keep the details of your session confidential. In purchasing this session you agree that Wild Haven LLC may use anonymized, non-identifying feedback or general outcomes for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Session recording

Your session will be recorded for your personal reference and delivered to you following the call. By purchasing this session you consent to being recorded. The recording is for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed.

10. Limitation of liability

Wild Haven LLC's liability is limited to the amount paid for this session. Wild Haven LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this consulting service or from the implementation of any advice provided.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in Pima County, Arizona.
